Excerpt:
They all knew Trajan at The Speakeasy, the men with their bodies cinched into exaggerated tapers under their pinstriped silk jackets and longshirts, the women almost indistinguishable from the men, their chests flattened and mouths colored brightly. A few glasses were raised as Trajan came in. A few conversations ceased abruptly.
Bio:

She has dreams of some day attending Clarion West.
Writing Description:
I try to evoke atmosphere, create movies of the mind through careful choice of words. I also strive to be honest about people -- nothing throws me out of a story like bad characterization.
Writing Goals:
I would like to write 5,000 words a week.
