Onayia Blue stood atop the tallest building in the capital city of Eza on the planet of Viola. She loved this spot, as it gave a breathtaking view of all this city had to offer. In truth this city looked very beautiful and full of life from here, but Onayia knew it was only a facade. She had been too many different planets and cities and they all could look so beautiful if you looked from the outside or from a distance.
Bio
My name is Michael Blue, and I am an aspiring game artist who also loves to write. I originally started writing back in high school, as I wanted to make and design games. I thought out many different ideas and stories. Most of my writing was kinda bad back then, but a lot of the ideas I felt were good. Currently all my future novels are based on the old ideas that I've improved. I hope to become a successful writer one day and to see one of my ideas become a hit video game.
I joined the Write-a-thon last year in hopes of getting motivated in my writing, and I'm glad I did. Though what I worked on didn't really feel right and I ended up scrapping it, I really enjoyed making it. Hopefully I can get to the workshops next year.
Writing Description
Well, I guess I'm very action oriented and character focused. I love describing action scenes in my writing and definitely love getting into the heads of characters. I also tend to put my characters in a lot of trouble just to see how they get out of it.
Goals
My goal is to finish the first draft of the novel I'm working on. I plan to finish a chapter at least every 2-3 days in order to finish it.
I would love to raise $50-100 dollars.
