What I Write
|What I Write||
I write fiction and personal essays; my current two long-term projects are completing a speculative novel I outlined in 2016 at the KU Center for the Study of Science Fiction’s novel workshop, and slowly chipping away at a collection of personal essays loosely centered around issues of mental health and queerness.
I am, I believe, the most dedicated groupie of Clarion West’s Class of 2017. Team Eclipse forever!! My pronouns are she/her and they/them.
My work has appeared in The Future Fire, North Dakota Quarterly, Pilgrimage, the anthology Poems for the Queer Revolution, and elsewhere. You can read my short story “Free State,” about a queer werewolf in Bleeding Kansas, at this link.
