|What I Write||
Daryl Gregory, author of the fabulous Afterparty and Harrison Squared, once said of my writing: “He can write anything, from fantasy to hard SF to satire.”
Faren Miller in her review of The Court of Lies for Locus Magazine said: “Teppo proves to be a marvelously eclectic writer, both devious and passionate, taking elements of fantasy, SF, horror, detective fiction, and other genres, and giving them the urgency of the spoken word.”
If I was to write this entry, I’d say I was: “A genre dilettante who has trouble settling down.” I think Faren and Daryl say it better.
My Write-a-thon Goals
I’d like to finish a draft of SNAKE EYES, my latest novel project, by the end of this write-a-thon.
I’m participating more to keep myself honest than anything else. But, if I DON’T finish the draft by the end of the write-a-thon, I’ll contribute $200 to Clarion West. If I do finish, I’ll contribute $100.
