What I Write
|What I Write||
Hi, I’m Trace, thanks for being part of the write-a-thon! I write short and long-form science fiction (robots, space exploration, cyberpunk) and occasionally more interstitial or weird fiction. I’m concerned with stories about wonder, redemption, striving and how humans cope with loss and change. I also write stories about folks who are marginalized. I think all art is political, and the stories we tell about the future are no exception.
My most recent story is “The Last Librarian” in Fireside Magazine, May 2020. You can read or listen here: https://firesidefiction.com/the-last-librarian

My Write-a-thon Goals
My goals for the Write-a-thon are to revise several story drafts and to write one new draft.
Any dollar amount you give helps the workshop. I’ll mail a copy of P. Djèlí Clark’s The Haunting of Tram Car 015 to the first sponsor. Read diverse books! I hope you’ll consider giving at least $5.
