Clarion West Write-a-thon final results and special thanks

The final numbers are in for the Clarion West Write-a-thon: 263 participants, 338 sponsors, and $22,000 raised to support the Clarion West Writers Workshop! If you wrote or donated (or both), thank you so much! Your ongoing support makes the workshop possible.

Clarion West is grateful for our engaged and resourceful community. Special thanks go to the donors who made challenge donations, everyone who spread the word about the Write-a-thon, and our amazing board members and volunteers. Stephanie Burgis, Randy Henderson, Nisi Shawl, and Kelley Eskridge donated their time for Tweetchats and other events, and we appreciate their support.

Kate Schaefer, our database maven, did incredible work getting the organization set up and ready for the Write-a-thon. Many thanks also go to our Webmaster, Erik Owomoyela, who oversaw the transition to a new Write-a-thon site and to our fearless beta testers who helped us iron out the wrinkles in our new site.

Thanks to all for helping make this important fundraiser a success!
