Tuesday, June 23, 9:30-11:00 AM PDT

The focus of this session will be to practice drafting with little thought about outcomes. The goal is to get words down quickly, even if they are silly, lame, or odd. We’re training our internal editors to go away during first drafts—their turn comes later. As this is a practice session, it’s preferred that you come ready to write things that you’ll be willing to discard afterward. Though no one can stop you from working on current projects. Not while keeping social distancing. 2-3 sprints of 20 minutes each. We’ll have an optional contest at the end of each sprint for The Most Awkward Sentence.
